What happens if you don't progress workouts?

Do they become easier?

If I do McAdie +1 every week, will it eventually become easy? Or will I suffer every time I do it?

It’ll become easier but then you’ll plateau

Increase your ftp and you’ll extend the period until you do plateau.

How do you establish when you plateau? Reduced training response and increase in FTP on ramp tests?
