I live in Michigan, where our gravel is pretty fast and smooth. I’ve had a Warbird, Diverge, and now have an Aspero 5. The Aspero is my favorite, hands down. It stiff, responsive and fast.

For that course I’d favour a big gear range and big tire clearance. Something like 43-48 would be great for that course. Other than that, there are so many great bikes out there and I’d just go with the one that aesthetically speaks to you the most. The higher the stoke looking at it, the more you will love it. So many fantastic options out there
I have a Warbird and Diverge. Aspero may be next😁

have you considered a Thesis? I think they have 2x now but I have a 1x and I ride mostly road and it’s mostly fine. I definitely have enough gearing both ways but there are times I would like smaller jumps in between gears, but it’s a very minor problem. Good value at around the $4k level.
