Bit of running, Reading the “Wheel of time” series by Robert Jordan - at the end of book 2 - only 12 more to go! - PS4 - Horizon Zero Dawn at present - going in to teach for a couple of hours 2x week - bit of working from home…pretending I’m 25 again even though I’m nearly 52! 
…and of course loads of z2 biking - might add an extra short VO2 max session this pm - somebody mentioned tt might be back in the UK …
