What are options for SRAM upgrade?

The market is dead it seems and 2nd hand bike prices are up. Would be a good time to sell mine I think

Last time I checked, there was oversupply, which meant you could get very good deals. Therefore the used market was depressed (and prices low).

Both groups have performed similarly for me which is to say they are both excellent

Yeah, the performance is good on both. I have ridden both, and both electronic groupsets shift significantly faster than mechanical Shimano groupsets (mostly because of the lever throw). Speed and shifting performance is moot and not something that would make me choose one over the other.

A lot of people seem to like the Rival shifter shape better as well - SRAM updated the Force levers to have the shape/feel more like Rival (and rumor is the new Red will be moving that way as well).

This is very personal. A lot of people have complained about the girth of first-gen Force eTap AXS shifters, but I find them perfect as they are. Hood shape and especially button layout feels vastly superior to all Shimano shift levers I have ridden (Di2, mechanical, 105, Ultegra, etc.). But both of these points are very personal.

Rival is entry level in terms of electronic shifting, but the the thing about electronic shifting is that all of the levels are so good that it really only boils down to weight. In fact a few reviewers (James Huang as well as one whose names escapes me right now) have commented that Rival actually feels a little faster than Red and Force.

Yes. One common modification people make is to take a Rival groupset but replace the crank with something lighter (e. g. SRAM Red). That shaves 200 g off right there.

Is this all I need? I can keep my Shimano cassette, crankset and chain and my giant propel brakes?

And when it says wireless, Im assuming no cables will need to go into my frame?
