I have to undergo some tests and treatments Docteur is telling me i can train but not to go above zone 2 for e few weeks at least. Will doing say 4 sessions of 1h30 a week be sufficient to not loose too much of what hive gained with TR plan? More? I was on 10 hours week forward on vo2max and endurance. Thanks for any help and guidance.
I would at least keep the volume or even expand on that if possible
