I just had surgery yesterday on my collarbone. It was a z-fracture so 3pieces. Looking forward to getting back on the bike. I would imagine it will take several weeks of consistent training for your HR to settle.

It went faster than expected. 4-5 weeks and everything was back to normal doing trail rides on the mountain bike. Regaining full strength and getting back to the same ftp took about 4 months. Though with a few kg’s weightgain.
