TrainingPeaks article 144 grams of carbs per hour

I just successfully completed a 3x20 threshold and loaded carbs 10 min before and during the ride. The ride felt great. I was petrified going in. Although looking back it wasn’t tremendous carbs looking at this thread. Maybe 60g using jelly beans and hammer over 1.5 hour. When we say upset stomach due to carbs are we talking toots? and poots? I think I have both as a result. :shushing_face:
