Where can I find a summary of all of my rides in TrainerRoad? Would like to see hours spent in each zone, etc.
Career page> past rides> use filters. I don’t, think you can get the time in zone(s). There is some limitations there. I use Interval.icu to grab this data.

I want to communicate this to the development team as a feature request for time in zone specifically.
We have some roadmap items for expanding upon career and PL comparison views, what it will look like exactly is still being developed. I think time in zone would be a great addition to it, so I’m submitting as a request now!
