There isn’t a plan for this, but it’s a pretty easy thing to slap together if you comb the workout catalog’s VO2max offerings. Personally, I like starting short (30-second repeats) and growing the durations over a block as short as a single week to as long as 3 weeks depending on when my progress and/or motivation starts to stall. Yep I’ve been referencing that very post, thanks also to @zwillis1 and of course Coach @chad! Been toying with a progression like this for the next 2.5 weeks - started with Pierce only because I’d already done that yesterday when I started in on Short Power Build. Figure I’ll try this, take a standard recovery week after, then retest and go into General Build.
