Big upgrade from my (now destroyed) Allez Sprint, thanks to a great crash replacement discount. Great weather today so took her out for her second ride. Just swapped on some tubeless tires and I have some aero bars (Aerofly 2) en route!

Thanks! Yeah, currently in Annapolis and have been enjoying the warmer weather (although it’s been raining a lot lately 
). I do lots of my riding over by the Hillsmere community because there’s a decent loop for intervals, but there’s been so much more bike/car/pedestrian activity lately because everyone is home all the time now.

Coming from a 2013 Cervelo R5 with Ultegra R8000 and Zipp 303’s.
Got a great deal on a 2019 Scott Foil 10 with Ultegra Di2.
I will be changing out the bottle cages to completely black ones and will have to get a different saddle.
I am thinking about changing the bar/stem combo to the ingetrated carbon Syncros RR1.0 cockpit - what do you think?
Otherwise, the bike will remain as it is - I just did my first ride and it feels really really quick, esp. on the flats.
My new bike pickup keeps getting delayed…the LBS mech is having trouble with the front caliper. Argh…
Where’s your favorite riding? It’s always a pain to get out of Annapolis but once you’re on smaller, more open roads it seems to get a lot better. I’ve been looking for some good training grounds (somewhere I can do loops or intervals without having to slow down/stop for lights or signs) and haven’t had any real luck yet.
I’m sure its changed a bit in 25 years but by the looks of the satellite pictures its pretty much the same. Route 2 south or Riva rd. and then jump off someplace on the right and start playing on the loops out there. Anything south of the south river is pretty great. Also, take gen’s highway out to crownsville, drop in old gen’s highway and then onto river road in Sherwood Forest, fun CCW loop there. We typically did hill repeats north of the Severn up in the Manresa if memory serves and there are some nice quiet hood loops up in Amberly too. If you are willing to get lost though down south its some of my favorite riding anywhere.
Looks awesome, I put zipp sl70aeros on mine and really like them with the little bit of flare on the drops. The syncros system is a lot more expensive and I don’t think it looks as good
