Update the wording about Pauses. To highlight that excessive pauses “MAY” lower your score. So that there aren’t weekly posts about this when the person’s score wasn’t penalized. [image]

[image] What to do when workout suggests pauses but they count against your score I think there was though. Whatever additional “over” on the TSS and IF that would have come from the .7 VO2 and .3 Anaerobic got negated.
