I’ve been using TrainerRoad Workouts and Training Plan for over a year now and have also been riding those workouts on Zwift at the same time. I was wondering if other riders have found that certain workouts fit certain Zwift rides. For example I was noticing that the Figure 8 Watopia fit well with the the TR Carpathian Peak +1. For me I like the use of the Zwift workout to show me what elevation and distance I could have done using the same effort. Gives me some confidence when training for some outdoor events. Anyone else do the same?
