Totally Self Sabotaged My Eating

Forgive me if this comes across as self promotion, but I host a podcast called Breaking Up With Binge Eating you may find helpful.

In short, you are not the only one out there at all! Caloric restriction and emotional/mental factors contribute to binge eating, so its worth looking at both sides and considering how you can support yourself. I recommend taking some time to break the binge eating habit – without focusing on weight loss-- and form replacement habits/coping skills/sources of fun and escape. Then, you are in a much better position to introduce a gradual calorie deficit and stay binge free.
