Tips for employing Heat Acclimation

I have a Core body temp sensor. Have been adding heat training to my regular sessions. Either on easy days or simply after more intense sessions. Always at low intensity. Zero negative effect on my training.

Didn’t this device fail a third party validation for accuracy and consistency?

There has been a fair amount of discussion about this. I’m on the “validation study is not valid” side. And it was not about consistency if I remember correctly. And the temperature range where issues had been postulated is not really relevant for me (if I remember correctly).
