Timing of Training Cycles


I’m currently working a 28 week TR progression to prep for a 100 mile (Barry Roubaix) event next spring…4 weeks later I’m tackling a back-to-back century ride (TOSRV). My quandry is how do I train during those interim weeks? Do I go back to Base Phase for maintenance? Or Build Phase? Or do the second half of a Specialty Phase?
