I’m on a bit of a mission to be more sociable with cycling, group workouts would hit that mark but it’s hard to coordinate here as we have people across the world.
Consistency is so good though, it’s worth another effort. I’m changing my office working routine too so more time available at home.
How can we put together a schedule so the community can join Group Workouts?
Being in the centre of the time-verse I’m on GMT, starting a plan on Monday and I could schedule my 1hr indoor workouts for other to join e.g;
Mondays Sprint GMT 17:00 EST 12:00 PST 09:00 NZDT 06:00.
Weds Sweet Spot. GMT 12:00 EST 07:00 PST 04:00 NZDT 01:00.
Fridays Sweet Spot. GMT 07:00 EST 02:00 PST 23:00 NZDT 20:00.
None on the 4th week as I’d commute to the office.
Someone else could do Australasia and US West coast based ones I’m guessing, maybe. My time zone maths might need checking too.
