I’d be adding a gravel race bike with solid road manners. The head says the new Grail makes a lot of sense (frame storage, fenders, bag integration, value!), but at the end of the day it’s a damn Canyon and absolutely none of the paint options look good at all:
So the heart would prefer an Allied Echo, and since we’re in fantasy land I’ll pick the most ludicrous and expensive paint/build option, DARK NEBULA:

(Every time I see one of those, I wonder what tortured engineering brought about those things. Just the whole face planting thing would seem to have driven people away from that design in the planning stages. Wow… And the first actual BSO that resembles today’s bikes was called the ‘Safety’?
