Ok, so I think I’m fully overytrained. I’m 9 weeks out of my event and my energy levels and performance have tanked. Looking for some advice on how to tackle this. My current plan is take the next week 100% off with the exception of some yoga and stretching. Then add back only low intensity in each discipline at 3 workouts a week.
