Has anyone ever successfully paired a Technogym bike (site says ANT+ and Bluetooth) with the Trainerroad App?
I am going to stay in a hotel which seems to have one of those and think about using it for my Trainerroad workouts while being able to leave my own bike at home.

We cannot confirm if it will work – it is not an officially compatible trainer.
If other athletes have experience with it, though, hopefully they can chime in. 
What an outstanding response speed - thanks! I saw another thread which goes from 2020-2024 discussing another Technogym - the “skillbike” the newer posts do sound more promising than the older.
If anybody has experience with the “Bike” let me know - otherwise I will post my experiences after my trip

There is no way to bring a trainerroad workout to a “Technogym Bike”.
What you can do is to analyze the workout from the bike in trainerroad. The steps are: sync the obligatory Technogym account (before the ride!) with Strava and connect the Strava account to trainerroad. Holz then, the workout will appear in trainerroad once completed on the bike.
From a hardware point of view, the bikes are good. Easy to adjust to your needs.
Can confirm that the technogym ride (the newer model) can connect to the trainerroad app via bluetooth. Can read data if you want to control on technogym or can adjust the trainer’s resistance in Erg mode.
Update from my experience: the Technogym Excite Bike didn’t work with TrainerRoad. But thanks to this thread I could still log in to the bike with a free Technogym account and in the Technogym app connect it to my Strava account so that following the TR workout manually (like an outdoor ride) could still be imported later into my TR training calendar.
