Suggested workout for the day before or a quick warm up on race day?

I have an OD tri this weekend. Not an A race but I’d like to do ok. I’ve tapered a little this week and moved most of my training to the beginning of the week. I’ve also cut one session of each discipline as I’ll be doing an extra on Sunday (ie I would nornally do 5 runs, but I’ve done 4, and race day witll be my 5th). Any suggestions on what session would be good for the day before and / or the morning of the race as a wake up for the legs? (NB my session on race day would be finishing 2 hrs before race start).
