I agree with number 1. I would think it would be super fast and easy to implement. I want to record heart rate for some workouts, but I don’t want to see it. I would swap it for something else, or just turn it off. I would like it to also toggle that data field on the graph so I don’t sit there …

I’ve used the yoga15 site before, she’s a good clear choice for my level. TrainerRoad plans could even just have a place holder for the calendar just to inform when to do it, we then mark off if completed. Just a little reminder and general motivation.
