Struggling with Out of Saddle cycling on turbo (I can't pedal on saddle due to catheter) advice please

naw, I mean I know that’s probably unavoidable and mostly genetics, I just mean for enlargement in general? Like exercises for it or something…I dunno, I really shouldn’t be asking for information on a cycling forum and do some actual research msyelf. It’s probably because I recognize it as very important, but am scared to face it, so hitting reply is easy and takes no work and I feel like I’m doing something, where as the alternative requires focus and intention and the ole subconscious hits the “panic abort, do it tomorrow!!” button, lol.
