Consider trying Clouds Rest, which puts the work interval at 130% of FTP. The basic workout is 30s/30s work:recovery; the +1 variation is 30s/20s; and the +2 is 30s/15s. All are 1 hour long, broken into three sets. (There are additional variations as well.) My breaking point was somewhere between +1 and +2, but everyone falls apart in different ways.
