Thanks I’ll have a look at it. I supplement with Turmeric for the same reason. Does it work,? Who knows but it doesn’t do me any harm.

I was off the bike for 9 years due to medical issues. I don’t have the fitness I had before stopping, and at my age 69, I am still very slowly progressing. The most important thing is to enjoy every minute on the bike. At any level of fitness, the benefits are huge.
