Specialty phase - timing A race

Hi Guys,

I noticed that @Nate_Pearson had 24HOP on what would be week 9 of specialty plan. Is that how it was intended to be? I always raced the day after Truuli and was wondering if I was timing my plans in a less than ideal way.
