I choosed to set my FTP manually down from 262w. Shouldnt athlete levels change then? They are the same as before my change. Thanks
i mean, its 7w difference I don’t think it will change much?
Look at the upcoming workouts. They should change. You should see their levels increasing.

PL’s only change when you increase FTP.
That said, the workouts being recommended will change, however, primarily on your power data. So you should be all good here.
