Short Interval training and adaptations

I cam across this article about 30/15s, 40x20s, and 60x30s. Looks like they elicit better adaptations over 5 min repeats.
Does anyone have a list of the above TR workouts? I am going to incorporate them in my workout regimen.

Thanks Captain. Found a few good posts including your response suggesting “Rattlesnake” as one of the workouts. Do you know of more workouts like those?
