Share my warmup workout(for those who's easy to get hurt)

This is my warmup workout:


I am easy to get hurt in my knees so I create this warmup.
Every step of this workout increases FTP% very carefully, so it might take a long time to finish the warmup. After that I do TR’s high Intense Factor workouts.

ps. I don’t know how to create workout on TR, so I created this on garmin edge 820.

Nice, the workout creator is easy to use. I suggest trying it.
Three worksouts that are tagged as warmup are Laurel, Cajon and Pahrah - all 30 minutes
