does this workout appear reasonably correct for the ronnestad paper protocol ?
I have no idea, but I am guessing it would help others to know actual details vs guessing based upon a picture:
- The specific paper of reference, so the goals are clear.
- Work interval target & duration, Recovery work interval target & duration, and set recovery data, of your custom workout since they are impossible to judge from a picture.
Search the TR library for Brasted.
I can see 3 sets of 13 intervals but as Chad says we can only guess as to the on intensity , off intensity and durations etc.
P.S. Nothing magical about 13 intervals per set, you can add more as you progress them.
