I finished it off this morning while completing the 8th and final stage of TR’s 8 Days of California (8DC) 2013 tour event (with extra easy riding thrown on the end of each stage). Totals for the 8 days were:
- 534.3km (from Zwift)
- 14:34:56
- 4266m Elevation (from Zwift)
- 989 TSS
I managed to push through the 8DC stages pretty well and only really cracked on the last (and third) climb on the 7th stage, which was a longer one so I’m pretty happy with that. Hopefully it pays off with a little FTP bump after my legs recover a bit!
