Congrats to everyone who finished the 500! I have enormous respect for those who knocked it out on the trainer or out in freezing temps!
I’m currently in Australia and conditions have been perfect, so I was able to finish my self-set challenge of riding 1000 km on as much gravel as possible.
I covered 1003km with 14307vm and 52 hours total riding time, with about 60-70% of that on gravel.
Biggest day was 181km from my home town to my family’s holiday location, hardest day was Day 4, when I did a 100km round trip with a just rideable 13km climb, best ride was a little 20km loop with my daughter who was practicing bunnyhops 
It has been a great validation that my TR plan is about right…I felt physically prepared and mentallt strong each day!
Now for some recovery before the looong ride back home!
