According to the guy what matters is 3g Leucine and the amount of leucine varies depending on the particular type of protein. Whey has a lot in it. I took 30 g to be a sort of average of normal protein I might eat. Having 1/2 pint of milk gives about 10g so if my meal is a little light in the stuff bi just gave a glass of milk. I also use some leucine supplements as well. Each pill is 1g
