Ok yeah hips rolled forward. Neutral spine. I fully agree they are definitely worth being aware of.
Old thread, but maybe still relevant for you or others “suffering” with same issue.
It may be related to bike fit… maybe saddle too far forward and/or saddle too high? It’s something that worth checking… i’ve had same issue and fixed it by setting saddle with a little more setback (and corresponding bit lower saddle height). What i found in the new position was that glutes and hamstrings got more engaged, freeing quads a bit.
