Problems with app vs web Version Calendar

Dear TrainerRoad Team, i am Luca,
I am reporting an issue un web site Calendar version.
I have finished, today a Race event, updated with Garmin & Strava, made response survey, everything seems fine with the App version , attached a screenshot, but with the Web site version there are, seems, 2 issue.
1 / TSS total of the week is wrong and different to the one reported, correctly, in the App
2/ I cannot enter the details, it starts to loop without stopping,
I do not see, also in the web version the usual map representing the course, which I see on the App thumbnails.

First off, congrats on the race!!! Looks like it was a big day on the bike– good work! :flexed_biceps: Are you still having the same issue?

I’m not able to reproduce the issues you describe which is great news because it suggests that this may have simply been due to a syncing delay.

I’m seeing matching total TSS values between the app and website, the map is loading and I’m able to click into the ride without any loading issues.

Can you check to see if everything is looking good on your end now?

If you’re still running into the same issues, here are my suggestions:

  1. Make sure you have a strong internet connection.

  2. Try a Hard Refresh - We can do this by loading up the webpage, and pressing:

  • Ctrl F5 (for Windows and Linux)
  • Command ⌘ + Shift + R (for Mac)
  1. Let’s have you try logging out, and then logging back in - We can do this by clicking Log Out [click] and then logging back in here [click].

  2. Let’s have you try a different web browser - Let’s have you try a different browser, and see if we get any better results, knowing everything we’ve tried so far.
