and March brings plenty of racing summary: Dec: plenty of upper Z2 Jan: plenty of upper Z2 Feb: plenty of upper Z2 + sub-/threshold Mar: two shorter stage races traditional linear periodisation until race season messes everything up [grafik]

Joe Dombrowski, Nov 2021 First half of Nov peak in lower Z2. Picked it up slightly in the second half, peak moved slightly up. Additionally some tempo/sub-threshold work [grafik]

Does van Aert post power on strava? Seems to be on a roll, 7 wins out of 7 cross races. Would be interesting to get a glimpse of his autumn.
