Any cycling mamas out there find that they needed to update their saddle after having a baby?
I am 7 months postpartum and have been back at TrainerRoad a few times a week (30m-1h sessions) since weeks 7 pp. I am slowly gaining strength back, but I have noticed my perineum is much more sore after a ride than it used to be. I think I need a new bike seat, likely wider and with more cushion. Does anyone have recommendations?
I cycle mostly indoor so the weight of a comfier saddle isn’t a worry for me. Currently using Specialized Power Comp I think.
Any advice (from guys or gals or other!) would be appreciated!
