I was so excited for the new Shimano XT 12 speed drivetrain on my hardtail, but it just never shifts smoothly. I have taken it to the shop three times. They adjust my shifter cable, but it’s always still clunky. My 11 speed XTR on my big bike shifts like a dream. Anyone else having issues with this? Any idea what is wrong?
