Polarized Training Discussion (Fast Talk podcast & Flo Cycling podcast)

The TR plans just dont make any sense to me - the 6 and 8 week plans are labelled base and build but essentially the same. I get the same workout from week 1 of ‘base’ in week 5 of ‘build’. They’re just a mess and dont show any periodisation or focus on different aspects - they just repeat basically the same intervals for 14 weeks. Nobody would set up any kind of plan that way.
