if you listen to the subsequent podcast they apologize for the mistake they made and that they decided to cut out the wrong information, but it changes the tone of the original podcast and intent quite a bit without that context, but there is really no point in rehashing all that.

Everyone should just realize the polarized plans are not set up to succeed, they are set up to gather data either positive or negative and athletes should approach with caution if they are interested in improving using such a plan.

Which is why its opt in and labeled “Experimental”
