I travel a lot and setup a free Peloton account years ago. Not sure if it is the same now but I can still log onto a Peloton at a hotel to ride. I cannot access onepeloton.com or logon to someone’s personal Peloton. Exporting my rides from Strava has no HR or power data, so I dual record at least HR on my watch.
As for my rides I rearrange my calendar to do the Z2 / endurance rides at the hotel. I save the intervals for my bike / trainer / fan. The lack of cooling really gets to me and I sweat a lot, so hydration also becomes an issue. I try to do these rides fasted but do put 1000mg of electrolytes in a 1L bottle, and easily go through that in 60-90 minutes. I typically have a gel or two with me in case I start to bonk. Since I can’t ride shirtless I wear a short sleeve, lightweight jersey and unzip it all the way. I’ve also tried just wearing a base layer but prefer the unzipped jersey.
I do have a couple of week-long trips coming up and likely need to change my approach, though, to do some intervals on a Peloton.
