Pauses in Workouts lead to overstated Personal Records

This issue was discussed in another thread recently, and there is a comment from Bryce (IIRC). I will try to find that thread and comment to link here.

Extra recovery between efforts and personal records

Unfortuantely, TrainerRoad only registers the workout clock’s time and does not have any way of measuring overall elapsed time, at least not currently. If you would like to avoid false-PRs like this in the future, disabling auto-pause is likely your best option. I’m really sorry I don’t have better news for you all .
