End of my recovery week so I put down a couple sprints to see if I’ve improved at all. Was still on my full sus MTB. Today 1130 for 5 seconds and 1022 for 10 seconds. So up some but nothing impressive. Those were my first sprints in about 8 months so some practice would probably do me some good.
Not bad. That suspension Has to ROB some Power for sure. All that power loss with that flex.
Lmao on the idea to use trainerroad with heath insurance reimbursement programs. Not because it doesn’t work, it does, I’ve been doing it for a few years now… All of which required the pain in the neck, which is the TrainerRoad complete lack of billing history interface, to collect the invoices on my 3 subscriptions. Of course billing information is going to be required to do this and TrainerRoad has said for years that they’re going to make this accessible online.
Even though I have to contact them for every account, the layout of the information is poor as well.
This would have been a great topic for the launch of a billing history interface…
