Non-functional overreaching / overtraining recovery: Blood monitoring

I’ve come to the conclusion that due to a variety of circumstances I’m experiencing some non-functional overreaching/overtraining and I’m now trying to plan my way out of the situation.

I wondered if anyone could comment on the value of using the various services available in the UK like Thriva, Forth etc, to monitor some things like iron, Vitamin D, testosterone, creatine kinase etc. In essence, I’m not worried enough about acutely to hassle the doctor what with everything going on, but would revisit that if I still felt the same in say 6-8 weeks.

Has anyone used these services, have they been helpful? Would welcome any opinions or experiences. Thanks.
