Hmm, I find entertainment to be a really personal thing- some people can cope with more of a cognitive load at a given intensity than others, and some people prefer something more straightforward and motivational.
A lot of people will just listen to music or watch race footage for any kind of intensity, but I’m able to absorb stuff pretty well until I get to v02 work or above. I’ve found Wright Peak to be more challenging in it’s duration than intensity, so I’d personally I’d go with something more engaging. Recently I really enjoyed Midsommar and the Platform, or maybe an old favourite if you’re only half paying attention
Honestly, whatever gets you on the bike with the motivation to hit your targets consistently is going to be a positive.
