To be honest, I don’t have any first hand experience with any of those three. I just knew of them and thought they might fit your use case. But I have heard decent things about them second-hand.
Ok guys, went out this past weekend and rode the course (20ish of the 60 miles were actually gravel). Tires did really well and it wasn’t a bad ride at all, roughness wise, in case anyone else is looking to do the same. If the course would have been wet, probably would need something with a little more grab in the center. Pretty pumped about the additional versatility I found.

I have done this race the last 2 years on Specialized Roubaix Pro 32’s on my gravel bike (Salsa Warbird). This is much more of a road race than a gravel race. The gravel isn’t rough at all. I plan on running 30mm G-One Speeds this year since they fit on my Tarmac. You certainly don’t need anything bigger than a 32.
