Other than not cycling does anyone have any good ideas in how to recover?
Its pain/tingling on the outer thigh in case you are wondering and no its not sciatic pain.
I’ve only had it a few days so a trip to the doc will no doubt end with me being told not to cycle and come back in a week if its still sore. I’m sure a cortisone injection would help but national health…
I’m trying some yoga hip/thigh exercises but frankly its sore enough to complain about.
