Yes, the study cohort was women. Are you suggesting the findings aren’t applicable for men?
As luck would have it, I get a lot of low cadence work cranking up steep hills on my mtb and gravel bike. One of these days I’ll have to get lower gearing on my gravel bike.
Yeah I was joking, hence the emoji. How often can you make a silly joke like that when a women-only study is so rare to come by?
The study is very interesting. I have been making some low cadence drills and my impression is they can really contribute to pedaling efficiency. Again, the study is interesting and they are quite good in highlighting potential avenues for future development.
