WOW this is really clever!!
Love this! I’ve been thinking of building something like this but couldn’t figure out the best way. Is this pretty stable?
Very. The whole setup sways a little because it’s on carpet but the base is much wider than a tyre and with the bike attached to a trainer, there is little to no forward/back forces, a little left right but most goes straight down.
Nice.

I love the workout survey cheat sheet on the wall. I’ve been debating doing that as well. Sometimes after a ride I struggle with what to rate it and that chart is helpful.
I have mine on a separate tab in my 2nd Windows screen. Otherwise, I’d also print one out to have for quick review too. I look at mine for just about every non-endurance ride.
Ive been thinking about laminating one and putting on trainer desk
Yes, I put them on the wall to remind me on how to rate the workouts. I also have the power and heart rate zones on the wall, but they are a bit more dynamic.
I also have two Wahoo Kickr Headwinds. If find that to be just right when running at ~100% for harder workouts combined with open windows. Unfortunately, the user interface to control the speeds is not the best.
I agree. Wahoo said the Headwind fan would eventually be Homekit capable when they launched it, but as far as I can tell it’s never had a software update to enable this.
That is quite the setup with 2 TVs + TR on a separate screen.
Nice! Where’d you find that dual stand?
Need to know as well. Have been searching for this for awhile!
I want to make something similar. Where did you get the quick release mount thingy?
Plenty to be found on eBay/Amazon/local requivalent.
Here in the UK from ‘Bike Car Roof Mount Rack Fork Mount Block Quick Release Thru Axle Carrier’
This one covers thru-axle standards too. You can find cheaper QR only options.
What did you use to hang the bike on the wall so neatly?
I am looking for a similar solution, something that doesn’t entirely rely on hanging the bike from the top tube. I’ve seen a few nice wooden shelves that double as bike wall hangers but wasn’t too keen as the full weight is on the top tube and the wheels could mark the walls.
It also needs to be super solid because if it falls down it will be a disaster.
