I hadn’t heard of Woom either until this podcast. Great looking stuff, looking forward to their new site. I’ll definitely be picking up one of their tri suits to try. I hope they give you an ambassador deal or something! You’re driving lots of North American traffic their way! :slight_smile:

Thank you@mtstanek! I intend to blood lactate to find LT1 (the FLO podcast link on this forum on polarized training). It is nice to hear it is cost effective, as I suspect I will have to repeat it a few times until I am sure of the methodology!

@SteveM I had no idea what it was if I wouldn’t have ran into one of the owners at the Cozumel 70.3. Unfortunately no ambassador deal or any deal for that matter lol

@Bonne Good luck! Let me know how it goes. There is definitely some finesse to it and it will take some practicing. Also, hard to do by yourself so you will need an extra hand…so I get it requires some finesse by your assistant lol you just have to ride!

@mtstanek What saddle is that?

@bgnicht . Dash cycling. Handmade in Boulder! https://www.dashcycles.com/

Hey Michael, haven’t listened to the podcast, but it’s in my queue! Awesome to see you have a BMX background. Same here! Grew up racing Scotty Cranmer, Brandon Dosch, and a few other guys who made a big name for themselves in freestyle. I don’t really have a question, just pumped to see a fellow BMXer in tri.
