Just make sure they aren’t fried in canola and it’s fine.

I use organic canola. Comes in green packaging so I know its healthy.

Should we all have to be experts in nutrition and up on the latest research to navigate through a grocery store or restaurant?

No. But to then say “ah wtf, I will have the ready meal” is surely a joke, right?
